**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Linux/Windows) and related hardware/software.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools.
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and policies.
- Troubleshoot server issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
- Monitor server logs, identify potential issues, and respond to system alerts promptly.
- Configure and manage web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx, IIS).
- Maintain firewall rules, VPN configurations, and overall network security.
- Collaborate with the development and network teams to support infrastructure needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to data privacy and security.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Server/System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications like RHCSA, MCSA, or CompTIA Server+ are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
