**Job Purpose**

Responsible for managing all marketing analytics, reporting & functional ownership of all reporting tools and platforms.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Lead team of marketing analytics associates to ensure timeliness, accuracy & uniformity of all business reports
- Monitor progress/trends against KPIs & share relevant observations to support business appropriate decision making
- Work closely with product managers & relevant stakeholders from other functions e.g. finance, sales, network, customer service etc.
- Lead automation & innovation efforts in business insights & reporting
- Provide data support / inputs to other functions as required on regular and ad-hoc basis
- Create business presentations for senior management on requirement basis

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate with 3-4 years’ demonstrable experience in marketing / business / operations analytics.
- Experienced in handling large data sets
- Expert at SQL, MS-Access & MS-Excel
- Proficient in making business presentations
- Experienced in leading 4-5 members teams.
