Job profile**:Insurance Supervisor**

Education qualification: 12th pass / H.S pass or above can apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Develop entry level staff into valuable employee

Participate in coordination activities with other Operations Supervisors in a highly developed team environment

Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan

Possess a sound knowledge of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning

Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

**Requirements and skills**:
Basic knowledge of Financial services.

Professionalism and Outgoing personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Office timing: 11am - 5pm. Monday to Friday.

Weekends off
