- Set goals and monitor productivity of team members.
- Possess analytical and managerial skills to manage turnaround time set by Client.
- Approach tasks with flexibility and proactively coordinate with team for end-to-end report delivery on time.
- Able to highlight the gaps to management and Team.
- Identify the training needs of team members and focus on key improvement area.
- Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members.
- Having interest to analyze the data and able to perform the correlation with the help of Analytics Tool.
