**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients (Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and effectively coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure delivery.
- Handle end-to-end business development cycle — lead generation, client onboarding, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend client calls, submit proposals, and conduct presentations as needed.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and contribute to strategic planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in US Staffing business development.
- Existing relationships with direct clients or vendors in the US staffing market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, contract types (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.
- Willingness to work in the **night shift** (aligned with US time zones).
- Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
