This full-time position offers a fixed shift schedule, ensuring stability and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for IT roles in the United States. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. Use various recruitment methods (e.g., online job boards like DICE, MONSTER) to attract talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in job offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process.
