Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be key to keeping our projects running smoothly. Your role will involve:
- Attending meetings to understand what project documents are needed.
- Offering administrative support while making sure everything follows the right guidelines.
- Using tools like Jira, and Wrike to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
- Keeping clients and project teams updated with accurate information.
- Maintaining a log to track contract execution and ensure client requirements are met on time.
- Spotting critical issues and escalating them for quick resolution.
- Helping plan project steps, set goals, milestones, and allocate resources.
- Leading the project team, encouraging collaboration, and resolving any conflicts that come up.
- Following up on pending client approvals.
- Ensuring design and functionality are consistent across project deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
