What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

- Assist the Chefs and other team members with food preparation and daily tasks.
- Prepare ingredients—chopping, dicing, slicing, and everything in between—to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area and help with general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate when supplies are running low.
- Be eager to take on new tasks and continuously improve your skills—every day is an opportunity to learn

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

- Culinary/ Hotel Management degree/ diploma.
- A strong interest in cooking and a hunger to learn (prior kitchen experience is a plus).
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment (but don’t worry, we’ll help you improve).
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (certifications are a plus).
- A team-oriented attitude—you thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods.
- A proactive approach—do not be afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and work hard.
