Key Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). - Support employee onboarding and orientation processes. - Contribute to HR documentation & compliance. - Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases & records. - Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects to enhance people practices. What We're Looking For - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology / related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - High attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to dynamic environments. - Passion for people development and organizational growth.
