Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment & onboarding.
  • Handle employee queries, engagement, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws & HR policies.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR/Business.
  • 6 months - 1 year of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR laws & practices.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
