Human Resource Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Participate in performance management and feedback tracking initiatives.
- Support HR projects and process improvements.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
