**Job Summary**
**Job Overview**:

- Assist externally in the implementation of technical system, software, hardware or solutions.
- Evaluate clients needs, Develops configurations that supports business processes.
- Define and executes delivery and implementation plans.
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
- Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation process.
- Provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.

Works on projects / matters /of limited complexity in a support role. **Responsibilities and Duties**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation executive is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for the client and initiate the implementation process as quickly as possible.
- Communicate and understand the clients wants and needs as per the requirements
- Customize client's system to suit their wants and needs which involves task like importing preexisting client data, testing customized requirements and meeting time-lines and budget requirements
- Demonstration of the system and its features to the client followed by training on how to use the system.
- Implementation of the system and its components successfully.
- Adept at solving complicated technical problems with interacting with the client

- Any Graduation
- Any Post Graduation

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
