- As a Business Analyst, you will be required to have a good understanding of the pharma sales model to provide Sales Force Effectiveness analytics and exposure towards multi-channel data by delivering syndicated reports based on set analytics. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling queries across geographies on Channel Dynamics, managing the day to day analytical deliverables and you should have experience in insight generation and developing recommendations
- This individual will be responsible for understanding, tracking, and analysing all components of data. The individual will work directly with Sales, Marketing and the Operations team for the development and review of client/partner performance, KPI measurement metrics and ROI reports
- Getting business requirements from the respective Business Teams, identifying the underlying business case, and building a generalized solution.
- Extracting & Exploring the data from the database and other sources that may exist, cleaning the data for any issues/missing values also need to be owned upon.
- Converting the cleaned data into actionable insights and sharing the same with a relevant audience
- Flagging to Data Engineering in case of data sanity issues are to be seen
- Ensure that the action insights shared with the business teams are worked upon
- Ensure new business requirements are thoroughly vetted and signed off
- Responsible for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards.
- Experience working in life sciences, supply chain or manufacturing, or experience developing software solutions that support manufacturing or supply chain
- Translates business requirements into product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases
- Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Deliver functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests to be used by Systems Analyst
- Drive sprint planning activities including story refinement to ensure successful sprints with clear acceptance criteria
- Demonstrate new functionality to business users seeking inputs on the future direction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
