Role Overview We are looking for Business Analysts to join the Ideas2IT Consulting practice The ideal candidate must currently be playing a Business Analyst BA or Senior BA role in an IT services company and should have project experience as a BA for application development involving technologies such as AI ML Data Science Data Engineering Analytics BI and Cloud The candidate should have strong techno-functional skills with the ability to switch between the technology and business context rapidly Responsibilities Define consulting offerings update existing ones based on customer and market trends Contribute to Pre-Sales activities such as customer proposals collaborating with sales practice and delivery teams Contribute to thought leadership based value creation through articles blogs lead magnets and speaker sessions Execute consulting projects including workshops assessments and advisory engagements based on the offerings portfolio Coach mentor and guide colleagues interview candidates for the consulting practice Mandatory Requirements 8-10 years of experience in the IT services industry Lead BA and 6-8 years Sr BA 4 years of prior experience in a BA role Good technology knowledge in areas like Digital Transformation AI ML Data Science Data Engineering Analytics BI Cloud and related technologies Expertise in requirements gathering scope definition documentation such as functional specifications and high level project planning Should have worked on pre-sales activities such as proposal development and presentations Good knowledge of IT services project execution and delivery especially with Global Delivery Onsite-Nearshore-Offshore in an IT services context Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries Good to have Experience on consulting projects especially for US customersPrior experience with custom Application Development with latest technology stacksAny experience in a Product Owner PO roleDomain experience in healthcare and or financial servicesKnowledge of AI ML Gen AI and LLMs including business use cases across industry sectorsAbout Ideas2IT Founded in 2009 Ideas2IT was built with the vision to nurture ideas to reality through incredibly high-quality software delivery Since inception the aim has been to create a Silicon Valley type of culture by attracting and retaining the very best engineering talent With this deep tech culture as the DNA the company has grown to a 700 member team working on cutting edge technologies in areas such as AI ML Data Science Gen AI LLMs Cloud Data Engineering and Analytics and Next Gen application development and modernization Technology and solutions consulting is part of the companys DNA with the founder starting off the company as a Consulting CTO for Silicon Valley startups fifteen years ago With headquarters in Dallas and Chennai and an office in Bengaluru the company collaborates with global giants like Microsoft Ericsson Siemens and Roche as well as helping mid-size companies and startups to convert their ideas to reality
