We are seeking a highly motivated and talented **Jr. Architect** to join our team for the construction of a new 50,000 sq.ft building. In this role, you will work closely with the contractor and the owner, playing a key part in bringing the architectural vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience and contribute to all phases of a major construction project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the lead architect, contractor, and owner to ensure the project aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline.
- Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and confirm adherence to plans.
- Resolve design and construction issues that arise during the building process in collaboration with the project team.
- Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals.
- Use both 2D and 3D software to create, modify, and present design concepts and construction details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Bachelor's (preferred)
