A highly accomplished and detail-oriented Senior Architect with extensive experience in architectural design, planning, and project management. The role involves leading design development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design vision, technical proficiency, and leadership skills, along with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically refined architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to detailed design and execution.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, and specifications in coordination with the design team.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Review and approve construction drawings, material selections, and technical details.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to the design team.
- Stay current with emerging architectural trends, sustainable practices, and design technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
