**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated department for further investigation.
- Average Communication Skills.
- 9am-6pm Fixed Shift
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Fresher are eligible
- 6 Days Working Fixed Sunday Off
- Male Female Both are Eligible
- Hiring for Collection experience and DRA Certified
- Manageable English with any regional Language
- Salary up-to 22k ( Based on the on the previous salary ) + Incentives up-to 40K+
- In Collection process there is unlimited incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
