**Role Description**

This is a full-time work-from-office role for a Placement Officer/Corporate Relations Specialist at ETOE Global. The Placement Officer will be responsible for the placement process of students and ensuring their successful transition into their desired jobs. The day-to-day tasks of the role include coordinating with employers, stakeholder management, making trackers and reports, and managing the operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Building and nurturing relationships with companies to secure placement opportunities for students
- Guiding students through the recruitment process and preparing them for successful job placement
- Maintaining strong relationships with HR teams from various organizations and expanding industry connections
- Driving placement strategies to achieve targets for student placements
- Maintaining data and generating reports

**Qualification and Skills**
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
