**Job Title**: Placement Officer - Full-Time (Immediate Joiner)
**Location**: Banaswadi, Bangalore
**Work Mode**: Work from Office

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships.
- Coordinate campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
- Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and soft-skill sessions.
- Maintain placement data, generate reports, and track student progress.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Handle communication with recruiters, students, and faculty members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet placement targets.
