**Purchase Oder Management**:
Create, release, and follow through on purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per defined standard work in order to meet the demand of the customer orders as per their customer delivery requested date (On Time Delivery %).
Review exception purchasing messages on daily basis, and act accordingly.
Follow through and monitor supplier both internal (Pall Manufacturing Plants) and external supplier delivery performance and inbound deliveries as to ensure material is available to fulfil customer orders as per their customer delivery requested date. Adhere to company On Time Delivery % Playbook.
Track the replenishment of AOS (Available on Stocks) SKUs, as to ensure healthy AOS stock level.
Collaborate with responsible plant lead in Asia Planning Team to resolve delivery issues including expediting, escalation and bottleneck management.
Act as window to customer service associate in managing customer inquiries on status of backorders, stock availability, lead time, min order qty and customer delivery expediting and escalation.
Resume as interface to internal and external suppliers to resolve any logistics deviation issues such as incoming product shortages and damages, and product quality related returns.

**Inventory Management**:
Purchase Finished Goods in adherence to the company inventory guidelines.
Carried out actions as per defined in company Inventory Management Playbook.
Collaborate with Business Unit Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Asia Planning Team to achieve company inventory turn targets.
Support the Excessive and Obsolete (E & O) Review Board by ensuring open actions under its responsibility are carried out accordingly.

**Shipment (Revenue) Estimation**:
Provide estimated internal and external supplier delivery dates as input for shipment estimate, in the event data is not available or not reliable in SAP ERP system.
Execute the BI (QlikView) reports such goods in transit report and use the data in the reports, as input for shipment estimate.
Responsible to manage internal and external suppliers’ push-out and customers’ pull-in order to achieve monthly shipment estimate target.

**Freight-in Cost Management**:
Manage intercompany freight-in activities as to achieve company logistics/supply chain cost target.
Recommend improvement to freight-in policies with consideration to Revenue, On Time Delivery % and Inventory impact.

**Master Data**:
Partner with country Logistics to ensure the SAP Purchase Order Route lead time quality.
Support Asia Material Master Function to obtain purchasing data such as min order qty and lead from new external suppliers for maintenance / update in SAP Purchasing Info Record.

**Process Improvement**:
Proactively identify, develop and improve process improvement across supply chains processes, including update of Standard Operational Procedures and Work Instructions.
Perform problem solving process and defined sustainable actions in case of not achieving target KPIs.
Member of Daily Management Team to improve responsible KPIs such as On Time Delivery % and QIT.
Participate in yearly internal and external audit, including to execute corrective actions for major deviations (non-compliance) and also to implement recommended improvement actions.
