**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- New Client Acquisition
- Handling end to end sales of Outbound Calls in a Timely Manner
- Identify Customers' Needs, Clarify Information, Research Every Issue and Provide Solutions
- Following Necessary Information and Details provided to Support Clients
- Build Sustainable Relationships with Clients and Engage with them by taking the Extra Mile
- Updating CRM and Other Internal Tools
- Go the Extra Mile to meet the Sales Target and Facilitate Future Sales
- Attend Training Seminars frequently and improve Knowledge, Skills and Performance Levels
- Report and Provide Feedback to the Direct Reporting Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 6 Months of Proven Experience as an Inside Sales Representative or any other Sales Role
- Good Knowledge of Relevant Computer Programs, CRM Software and Telephone Systems
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Languages: English / Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu (Any 2)
- 12th Pass; Diploma or Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Exceptional Sales and Negotiation Skills
- Work From Office.

**SALARY**: 2.5 TO 3.5 LPA CTC + Incentives (For Both Fresh Sales + Renewals)
