Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for key personnel
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and petty cash
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and general office organization

- 0-1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: ₹10,405.17 - ₹25,127.33 per month
