**Salary**: INR 1,00,000 to 2,50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

As a Gynecologist at Jyostna Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our patients in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to women's health and well-being, possesses excellent clinical skills, and demonstrates empathy and professionalism in patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Care**:

- Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
- Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and diagnostic tests as needed.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures including deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and other gynecological surgeries.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- **Patient Counseling and Education**:

- Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and contraceptive methods.
- Provide guidance and support to patients during prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal periods.
- Address patients' concerns and queries with empathy and clarity.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals including obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, procedures, and outcomes.
- **Continuing Education and Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments, research, and best practices in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Participate in continuing medical education programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- MS/MD/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Strong clinical acumen and proficiency in diagnostic and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹312,033.80 - ₹1,541,618.39 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
