Gynaecologist

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Patient Care:

- Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynaecology, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care.
- Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform emergency interventions when required.

2. Surgical Expertise:

- Conduct gynaecological surgeries, including caesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other relevant procedures.
- Ensure pre-operative and post-operative care to minimize complications.

3. Communication & Teamwork:

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, anaesthesiologists, and paediatricians, to deliver patient-centred care.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and their families to provide counselling and explain treatment options.

4. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols for quality assurance.

5. Language Skills:

- Utilize proficiency in Kannada to communicate effectively with patients and their families.

6. Continuous Education:

- Stay updated with advancements in obstetrics and gynaecology through ongoing medical education and training.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS with specialization in MS OBG / DGO.
- Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Valid Karnataka medical license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
