We are seeking a highly experienced **Battery Architect** to lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced battery technologies. This is a senior role working directly with the founders, where you’ll shape the company’s technology strategy and make independent decisions that drive long-term impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the architecture of battery systems, including **structural, thermal, safety, and BMS** aspects.
- Build strong relationships with component suppliers and manufacturers, driving collaborations.
- Oversee **prototyping, testing, and validation** with a hands-on and analytical approach.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to long-term product and organizational growth.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of proven experience in **battery design**, with expertise across **structural, thermal, and BMS domains**.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling Lithium-Ion battery systems.
- Strong industry network with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- An innovative mindset with the ability to go beyond conventional approaches.
