**Summary**
We're looking for a Sales representative who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
Outside Sales Representatives are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships with potential customers. They follow up on leads and maintain those already won over. They may identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Developing sales strategies
- Following up on business leads and referrals
- They should be willing to travel various client locations both inside and outside Kerala.
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Initiate contact with various corporate companies, interact with them and convince them to make purchases.
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Accept travel assignments wherever and whenever the company needs them to, even on short notice.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Details pertaining to lead discussions and conversion should be updated for the manager.
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
**Preferred Skills**:
- CRM experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of IT Training Services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of sales experience, 1-2 years
- Field Sales experience would be preferred
- Experience of sales is a mandatory requirement.
- Min Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication skills in English
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively in the designated area
