**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
- Source and list new properties for sale from owners or builders.
- Conduct site visits and property showings with potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
- Update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (Freshers with strong interest may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and presentable.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
