Mobilizer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Mobilization**:

- Actively mobilize students for training programs at the center.
- **Project Implementation**:

- Work on projects like **DDU-GKY** and **KYP**, ensuring alignment with the program guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with the project team to meet operational requirements effectively.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly mobilization targets as set by the center.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize enrollment numbers.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, and community leaders, to facilitate smooth mobilization.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Submit periodic reports to the management on mobilization progress and challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mobilization roles, preferably in government-funded skill development projects like **DDU-GKY** and **KYP**.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)].
- **Networking**: Strong networking and community engagement skills.
- **Target Oriented**: Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with skill development initiatives and vocational training programs.
- Knowledge of the local geography and community dynamics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
