**Job Title: Inside Sales Expert - Premium High-Value Consumer Product Sales**

**Rotational Week off**

**6 month experience of domestic/international sales or customer service**

**Job Summary: Join our team as an Inside Sales Expert, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service for premium, high-value consumer products.**

**The role offers opportunities to build or enhance exceptional capabilities in premium product sales.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting premium product features.**:

- **Engage in lead generation and maintain quality communication with clients.**:

- **Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.**:

- **Respond promptly to inquiries, providing effective solutions and follow-ups.**:

- **Listen actively to understand customer preferences, needs, and budget constraints.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.**:

- **Conduct video sales presentations using innovative tools to engage customers.**:

- **Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.**:

- **Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.**

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- **Strong spoken skills in Hindi and English and one more Indian Language.**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.**:

- **Excellent sales orientation and attention to detail.**:

- **Good personality with strong presentation skills for video sales.**:

- **Basic understanding of premium consumer products is a plus.**:

- **Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes is a plus.**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Graduate in any stream.**

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 6 months in sales or customer support.**

**Other Requirements**:

- **Work-from-Office position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
