**Job Title: Payment Telesales Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about payment options.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue activities.
Collaborate with the growth team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

**Requirements**:
**Proficiency in Hindi and English is Mandatory**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of payment processes and sales techniques.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and self-improvement.
