Industry: Chemical Raw Materials

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support: o Assist the sales team calling clients o Calling inquiries received on social platforms like websites, Alibaba, IndiaMART etc. o Coordinate and follow up with customers on every day basis o Maintain data on each client, prepare weekly report, and send to management for review. 2. Customer Relationship Management: o Handle customer queries and ensure prompt response instantly. o Build and maintain positive relationships with all clients. 3. Administrative Tasks: o Maintain proper documentation for sales contracts and invoices. o Organize and manage the sales team's schedule and meetings.

Key Skills and Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and optional regional languages. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. - Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of chemical raw materials or prior experience in the chemical industry will be an advantage. - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
