**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction
- Provide information about the services, facilities, and policies of the establishment
- Maintain guest records and ensure proper communication between departments
- Assist in organizing guest services and events as required
- Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of service

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in guest relations or customer service.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
