**Job Title**: HVAC Technician
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical HVAC systems, ensuring proper temperature control.
- Analyze energy and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, and repair electrical systems and electronic wiring for HVAC.
- Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, and related components.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
**Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Diploma in HVAC.**
- Good eyesight and normal color vision.
- Experience in handling and troubleshooting various HVAC systems, including but not limited to:

- Air Handling Units
- Fan Coil Units
- Exhaust, Fresh Air, and Extraction Fans
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Package Units
- Ducted Split Units
- Decorative Split Units
- Window Units
- Computer & Server Room Air Conditioning Units (CRACUs)
- Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to write simple technical reports.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Knowledgeable in repairing refrigeration systems, including compressor, drier, evaporator, and condenser coil replacement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain various HVAC systems, including Chillers, Cold Rooms, FCU, AHU, Split AC, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and AC systems, including chiller plants.
- Relocate and expand HVAC systems as needed.
- Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, including filter changes and condenser and coil cleaning.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
