**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including VRV systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment components such as compressors, motors, and controls to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC units and related components, including ductwork, thermostats, and air filters.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any relevant observations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC maintenance to continually improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on maintenance work.
- Strong expertise in VRV system maintenance is essential.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
