Dear Candidate,

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold storage, chiller systems, and cassette-type air conditioning units. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, cassette AC units, air handling units (AHU), and cold storage systems (Ammonia/Freon-based).
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control panels.
  • Monitor and regulate temperature and humidity within cold storage chambers.
  • Diagnose system malfunctions, replace faulty components, and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain service and maintenance logs for all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Conduct leak tests, refrigerant recovery, and pressure testing as per standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and energy efficiency standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cassette units, AHUs, and cold storage refrigeration.
  • Understanding of refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with PLC-based systems and temperature sensors (preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
