**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Accountant at Vasl Spices in Noida. The Executive Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, and ensuring accounting accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Advance Tax Payment Quarterly Basis,
- Prepared monthly General Ledger reconciliation, including bank and credit card accounts, ensuring all accounting records were maintained in a timely and accurate manner, reviewed financial statements for abnormalities or inconsistencies.
- Reviewed and presented financial reports with upper management in a clear and concise manner.
- Preparation of monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation of GSTR 2B with GST Credit Ledger.
- GST/E-Way Bill/ E-Invoice registration and filing of returns on monthly basis and payment of

taxes. And generate E-Way bill & E-invoice (Sales), Job works Challans (If required)
- Filing of ITRs (Income tax Returns) Individuals along with the payment of taxes.
- Preparation and online filing of the income Tax, & TDS returns
- Handling Statutory Auditor’s queries and providing them with required information.
- Vender Registration and KYC
- Manage the Internal Auditing of the company.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)

- Tally: 2 years (preferred)
