**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception and Guest Handling**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or guests in a professional manner.
- Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Telephone and Communication Management**:

- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and manage appointments or meetings for management or staff.
- Maintain an updated calendar and schedule.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist with office supplies management and procurement.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide assistance and information to customers or visitors about services and facilities.
- Resolve minor complaints or direct them to the relevant department.
- **Check-In and Check-Out (if applicable)**:

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures in hotels or service establishments.
- Manage guest bookings and payments.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or corporate settings are an advantage.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Multitasking and organisational abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
