**Key requirement**: - Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Manage Campus walk-ins** -Welcome prospective students and parents, collect initial details to assess their needs, provide detailed information about academic and non-academic offerings. Answer questions and address concerns to help families understand what makes The Academic City School unique and with the aim of admission conversion

2. **Conduct campus tour** - Conduct comprehensive campus tours, explaining and highlighting various facilities provided by the campus.

4. **Keep up good relationship** with parents, attend to their queries in a timely fashion, address their concerns with the aim of converting the lead to admission

5. Constantly co-ordinate with central team for smooth flow of information

6. **Assist in Student Documentation** - Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed for smooth student onboarding as per CBSE norms

7. Understand and **work on CRM software** to keep all lead information updated

8. Be available on call beyond working hours and on offs to support the team when required

9. Assist in marketing activities when required

10. Collaborate with academic departments to organize open house events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings when required during lean admission period

**Key Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- proven experience in admission in the field of education. Should have experience working with targets
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft office tools and CRM software
- Strong communication skills. Ability to provide information and engage in conversation persuasively
- Willingness to extend working hours during peak admission season
- Willingness to work in a fast paced target driven environment, must be a go getter with fire in belly and hunger to learn and grow
- Weekend work is mandatory and crucial to this role

**Preference given to**:

- Knowledge of the Indian and international education systems is an advantage.
- Polyglot who can speak multiple Indian languages.
