**Job Title: Sales Executive**
**Location**: Pune
Industry: Building Materials (Doors, Windows, Glass Railings, etc.)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Site Visits**:
Regularly visit client sites to assess project requirements and build strong customer relationships.
**Site Measurement**:
Accurately take measurements at customer sites to ensure proper product recommendations and quotations.
**Need Identification**:
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate product solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
**Quotation Preparation**:
Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations aligned with customer expectations and company pricing policies.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
Engage in effective negotiations with clients to close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
**Follow-Up and Relationship Management**:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients for repeat business, referrals, and after-sales support.
**Education**: Diploma / Graduate / MBA in any discipline
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in field sales; experience in building materials industry is an added advantage
**Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
**Other Requirements**: Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment
