Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional value and set benchmarks in the building materials industry with our core value**:“Dedication to Excellence.”** **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. - **Sales Development**: Pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into clients. - **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. - **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and overall business objectives. - **Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape. - **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, tracking progress against targets. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Com in Marketing, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. - Strong lead generation skills and a track record of achieving monthly sales targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Excellent research skills to identify market trends and potential clients. **Additional Qualification**: - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (Field Sales) - Self bike or motorcycle is mandatory. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and commission structure. - Comprehensive training and ongoing support. - Opportunity for career advancement in a growing company. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. **How to Apply**: Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
