**Job Summary**:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area.
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments (cash/card/UPI).
- Recommend beverages or food items to customers based on their preferences.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards consistently.
- Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Support café team in opening and closing duties.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant setting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
