Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Mumbai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily duties will include operating coffee equipment, preparing food items, handling customer transactions, and promoting ARAKU Coffee's products and culture.
Qualifications
Barista and Food Preparation skills
Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
