Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and menu items to make recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
