We are a chain of Bakery Cafes operating out of different locations at Mumbai. We have a small team of enthusiastic, highly motivated, dedicated and hard working staff, who strive to achieve their best at each step.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation. Will be required to greet customers, answer their queries, take orders and accept payments, prepare and serve food and drinks.

The barista will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand their knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as a barista, we expect you to be committed to providing customers with excellent service. A positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite nature will be considered highly.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1) High School Diploma or equivalent.

2) Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.

3) Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.

4) Exceptional listening and communication skills.

5) Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

6) Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

7) A polite, engaging personality.

8) Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

9) Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
