
Hospital Administrator

**Position Overview**:You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Development **: To plan, develop, and implement operational strategies and policies for all operational procedures to achieve organizational goals. Manage, direct and monitor the services and overall performance of the centre.
**Business Devlopment **:Developing plans, strategy to achieve business targets. Planning and delivering Business Development strategies with a view to expand new customers. Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
**Staff Management**:Supervise and provide guidance to the operational staff, including front office executives, housekeeping, security, and support staff. To recruit, hire and train efficient team members to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Answer queries from doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, including but not limited to NABH guidelines. Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
**Patient Experience**:Oversee the front office and customer service operations to ensure an excellent patient experience and problem solving skills. To liase between the patient and clinical team. Address patient concerns and feedback promptly, striving to enhance overall satisfaction.
**Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:Manage inventory levels, including medical supplies, equipment, and other resources, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Collaborate with procurement and vendors to optimize costs and maintain quality standards.
**Budgetary Control**:Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of care.
**Emergency Response and Preparedness**:Develop and implement protocols for emergency situations in coordination with the clinical team. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure staff readiness. Represent Hospital for all medico-legal issues.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Masters degree in Hospital Administration with Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field experience in both. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
