Back Office Administrator

The Back Office Admin will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth internal operations. This role is crucial for supporting the team, handling documentation, communication, coordination, and maintaining client-related records. (Only Female)
- Support the HR function with hiring, interview scheduling and documentation.
- Handle vendor and software subscriptions, renewals, and service reminders
- Maintain a neat filing system (physical and digital)
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office
- Maintain and organize client databases, project trackers, and internal documents
- Handle invoices, receipts, and basic accounting
- Schedule internal meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks
**Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data tools
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing or branding terminologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva is an advantage
- High level of professionalism and discretion
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years of administrative or coordination experience (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication and organization skills are also welcome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
