- Responsibilities_
- _Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process_
- _Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports and recording entries_
- _Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts_
- _Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders_
- _Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports_
- _Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_

**_ _**
- _2 to 3 years Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry_
- _Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English_
- _Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP_
- _Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration_
