Overall relationship management with the Customer
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage service level assessments, reporting and conduct analysis on the trends.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Review internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide action plans, when necessary, to improve performance.
- Identify ongoing benefits, opportunities, and innovation for continual service improvement

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- English language preferred
- Communication Skills
- Listening Skill
- Great Interpersonal skills.
- Quick Learner

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
