As a Fashion Designer at The Tribe Kids, you will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing exceptional designs for our upcoming collections. You will work closely with the creative director and cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs align with our brand vision and market demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, and styles to inform your design process.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for garments, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Develop mood boards and color palettes to present your design concepts to the team.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of the final product.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in design software and industry techniques to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine designs.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee that all designs align with our brand identity and aesthetic.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from any of the NIFT cohorts
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your designs and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Strong understanding of fabric, patterns, and garment construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
