We are hiring **Fashion Designer** for a Retail Company.

**( Female Required ).**

**6 days working ( Sunday fixed off ).**

Exp
- 2 to 8 yrs

**Salary
- Upto 5 LPA**

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Develop innovative and market-relevant fashion apparel designs that align with the brand's identity and resonate with international customers, ideate and conceptualize collections.
- Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends, color palettes, fabric innovations, and consumer preferences to infuse the latest trends into design concepts.
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings that effectively communicate design concepts and specifications to pattern makers and production teams.
- Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for garment designs, considering quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Understand the needs and preferences of international clients, creating designs that cater to different markets and demographic preferences.
- Create compelling and visually appealing design presentations for internal teams and international clients, effectively communicating design concepts and inspiration.
- Plan & create new designs by collaborating with the team members to create new concepts, categories/new ranges.
- Lead and provide overall creative direction to the brand by conceptualizing and developing ranges for different categories.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production etc. to align design concepts with overall brand strategies and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver design presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, inspirations, and technical details to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Choose appropriate materials, fabrics, trims, and color schemes that align with design concepts, ensuring feasibility for production and marketability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer feedback to make informed design decisions that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent sketching skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to evolve designs based on feedback and market trends.
- Creative with a strong passion and aesthetic for modern, mínimal design.
- Worked with American and European brands in knit and woven both in women and kids wear.
- Able to work as a team player
- Good Communication Skills
